Refund policy

We hope you have enjoyed your shopping experience with us and love your new purchase. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return, please refer to the conditions below.

PRELOVED ITEMS - The item must be in the same condition that you received it. All of our preloved items are checked thoroughly for stains/marks etc before sending out. Proof of purchase is required.

NEW ITEMS - The item must be returned with tags attached (or in relevant packaging) and unused. Proof of purchase is required.

FAULTY ITEMS  - Please contact us if your item is faulty or damaged.

 

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on jewellery and hair accessories unless faulty.

 

All return costs are at the buyers expense, unless the item is faulty. 

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
